Emotional and Cognitive Effects of Psychological Interventions
To explore and compare the effects of engaging in a prosocial writing activity (i.e. describing an act of kindness a participant has experienced and an act of kindness he/she has done)
To investigate the emotional changes and identify biomarkers, which distinguish different psychological profiles and different personality traits (captured by relevant questionnaires), while playing the repeated Prisoner’s dilemma game and multiple stroop tests (word, numerical, emotion).
To explore the emotional changes and identify biomarkers, which distinguish adults suffering from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and high-functioning autism from healthy population, employing multiple stroop tests (e.g. color word, numerical, emotion).
ADHD and learning disabilities in children and adolescents
To study the emotional changes and biomarkers, which distinguish children suffering from ADHD or high-functioning autism from healthy ones, employing multiple stroop tests (e.g. color word, numerical, emotion).
GAD and MDD as comorbidity to kidney health issues
To focus on emotional changes and potential mental health issues (e.g. major depressive disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, etc.), which are common in people suffering from kidney problems and people close to them, employing multiple stroop tests (e.g. color word, numerical, emotion), the Aesop test and the Prisoner's Dilemma game.
To focus on emotional changes and potential mental health issues (e.g. MDD, GAD), which are common in people suffering from severe heart problems and people close to them, employing multiple stroop tests (e.g. color word, numerical, emotion), the Aesop test and the Prisoner's Dilemma game.
To identify and distinguish participants' suffering from depersonalisation (i.e. dysmorphophobia) both through emotion changes during clinic visits and biomarker identification from continuous monitoring.
Every research is conducted in order to help us bring a holistic approach on mental healthcare and be able to give 24/7 access to mental health support through the development of Biomarkers and Digital Therapeutics.
